If you cancel more than 5 days before your stay, you will receive a full refund.

if you cancel 4 days or less before your stay, we are not obligated to provide any refund, we may at our discretion choose to refund part of the fee if we are able to relet the pitch but this it not guaranteed.

If you wish to move the booking this can be done free of charge providing there is at least 5 days notice.
