Camping at Smithyfields is slightly different, we are not an open field, pitches are sized plots so please book a size appropriate for your needs, if you don't fit onto your pitch we may not have an alternative pitch for you.

Pitch fee includes 2 adults, one car and your camping accommodation.
​
During high season we don't allow arrivals or departures on a Saturday
​
Awnings, Gazebos and other shelters are all included provided it fits onto your chosen pitch. We have firepits available to hire including firewood or you can bring your own firepits providing they are raised from the ground, safely distanced from your camping set-up and all firewood must be purchased from us on site.

Large Pitches
8 x 8 meters includes electric hook-up

Our Large pitches are for long wheel based vans, tents, motorhomes and caravans, they are 8 x 8 meters so comfortably accomodate caravans with awning and parking for one car.
we regret we cannot accommodate tents over 6m due to guy ropes and space for parking.
our large pitches are also ideal for smaller set ups who just prefer more space around them for campfires, cooking, shelters and dogs. ​​
Small Pitches
8 x 4 meters - no electric

Our small pitches are 8m long by 4m wide.

perfectly suited to small 1-2 man tents, short wheelbase campervans without awnings or cars with roof tents.

we don't accept caravans, motorhomes or long wheel base vans on small pitches. When booking please note cars must also park on the pitches.
