What we are doing to make your stay safe

UPDATE: November 26th - We are currently in a tier 3 area and remain closed.

In addition to our usual high levels of cleanliness we have introduced more thorough cleaning of high touch surfaces, regular checks on communal areas and introduced PPE.

In line with Government guidance we have added hand sanitising stations across the site and at the entrance to all facilities.

As a very small site it's important for us that our guests feel safe, therefore we have chosen to limit pitches to 2 people. This reduces the numbers across the site and eliminates group gatherings.

We have changed our refund policy to make booking during this uncertain time less stressful. If you have Covid-19 symptoms or have felt unwell in the past 14 days please let us know and we can rearrange your stay or provide a full refund.

To ensure every guest has enough space we have fenced between pitches. This allows social distancing and avoids any encroachment onto other pitches.

We have removed some of our pitches to avoid overcrowding, limited how many people are on site and provided social distancing signs where needed.

We are following Government guidance closely and will make changes where necessary as the situation changes, ultimately our only goal is to make a safe and enjoyable experience for all who visit.
